"The song lyrics \"Should I stay or should I go now\" really defined our need of realty services. Over a period of about 18 months we were undecided between staying in North Bay and moving up in the housing market or moving on for further career advancement. One of the key issues was housing considerations here in North Bay and at other locations. Scott Carr was very patient with our indecisiveness and was spectacular at providing whatever advice or assistance was needed to help us in our life decision process, not just realty process issues. From finding realtors in other centres, to showing us a variety of homes in North Bay and ultimately advising about our own home sale, Scott was always available. Ultimately the move out of town was our final direction. Upon finally listing our house, Scott had the market pegged and we selected the right listing price and listing timing to make the sale a reality. Upon listing the house we had a total of 9 showings on the first day and sold the home on the second day. Scott then kept things going through the lawyers, bankers and closing stages to help us make our move. Our needs dictated that a very fast closing and coordinated move to our destination was required. From the date that we finally advised Scott we were ready to list our home until we were completely moved out of town was only 25 days! Way to go Scott!!
Ultimately we believe the realty business is more about people than it is about homes. Scott is an amazing person with skills to get to know us and our needs as well as matching our needs with those of other buyers and sellers. "My wife Holly and I used Scott Carr as our agent to buy our first home. He was
extremely helpful and always took the time to answer questions and assist us in
this new process. During our 4 years in the home I would call Scott
